Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time (7-10 days).

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

How to Return

Email us at support@proyoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
