Shipping & Delivery

Proyoo ships from Shenzhen, China. Every piece is hand-knotted to order, so the timings below start from the day your order is packed rather than the day it is placed.

Where we ship

We ship to 14 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

If your country is not on that list we cannot deliver the order yet. Please write to us before ordering and we will tell you when it opens.

Processing time

Standard orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom and personalised pieces take 7 to 10 business days, because they are made after you order them.

Shipping is free over $60. The threshold is measured on the order subtotal after discounts and before tax. Once the cart passes $60 the shipping line drops to $0.00, in both zones.

Charges are shown in USD. What you see at checkout is what is charged; there is no handling fee on top.

Tracking

A confirmation email with a tracking number goes out when the parcel leaves the studio. Tracking usually starts moving 24 to 48 hours after that, when the carrier first scans it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped from China may attract import duty or VAT on arrival. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. If the amount matters to you, check your country's threshold before ordering.

Damaged or wrong item

If a piece arrives damaged, or you receive something you did not order, email contact@proyoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace or refund it and we cover the return postage in that case.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the buyer and a 10% restocking fee applies. The full terms are on the refund and return policy page.
